Event Details

The ACES: Aging & Caregiving Engagement & Support series is designed for all seniors and caregivers! Caregiving can be overwhelming on top of life's other demands. Working together, DuPage County and Metropolitan Family Services have formed a Caregiver Resource Center. Services include: on-going case management, in-home support, assistive devices/technology, education, support groups, counseling, and referrals. Learn how the Resource Center's TCARE program can reduce caregiver stress and prevent burn-out. We want our community members to live confidently and successfully at every age. Questions welcome!
