Cafe Services for the Library

The Wheaton Public Library is seeking proposals from experienced operators to establish and operate a cafe/concession business in the Library.

Proposals are due on March 28, 2024, by no later than 2:00 p.m., at the Business Office of the Wheaton Public Library, 225 N. Cross Street, Wheaton, IL 60187.

The Cafe must be operated in a first-class manner, and should provide moderately priced fresh food items, as well as coffee, other specialty coffee beverages, tea, juices, and soft drinks. In addition to the operation of the Cafe, there are opportunities to provide catering services for meetings (as well as business and social functions) that occur in the Library.
